DAY2
Good morning from Phoenix, Arizona in the United States. Today we woke up in a pretty fancy hotel with the name “Hilton”. After a nice breakfast, where you could let build your personalized omelettes (YUMMY), we went on our way, to see more of the capital of the state: Phoenix! The city has about 1.5mi. inhabitants, and is planted right in the desert. Hard to believe, but this area is especially good for agriculture, so after World-War 2, the city population increased explosive.
After visiting the capitol, we went to the Hole-In-The Rock and a white pyramid (Hunt's Tomb) close by, saw the baseball stadium, where the sun devils play.
After all these short sightseeing trips at about 104Fahrenheit (40Celcius) we were ready for some lunch and free time at the mall and for those who want, some shopping additionally. When that strong want was satisfied, we went with our bus, which we had to change during the trip, because of some technical problems, to Bell Rock, a really grand canyon like formation, which we are going to see on Monday.

After Bell Rock, we went to Sedona, a local area here, and had a bunch of free time. The climate here is very hot, but dry dough, so some restaurants spray misty-like fog around it, to get a nice breeze. Here some of us, cooled off by getting a way to expensive icecream.
Then we were ready for an American diner at our next hotel we went to. Some still hit from the Jetlag, went to bed and others played basketball or went into the pool for a nice chat around the cool wet. Additionally the hotel is surrounded by dozens of little cute bunnies, who live wild here. Until now we can say, the trip is totally worth it, we have nice people in our small group of 35 fellowships. and 13 nations and a really nice cultural and geographical experience. I am sure this will be stuck in our head for a long time..
